Location: the hotel was near to distant enough to feel like being in the middle of a forest, a river with gorgeous infinity pools on the upper and the center of Ubud. View looking over garden was the reason we booked pool villa. The service was friendly, totally satisfied.

Fantastic paradise in Bali. . . There, one gets the green Bali that one imagines so when one travels to the island. . Great service, great food and great atmosphere. . The spa offer has to be tried during a stay! Outstanding.
There's nothing negative to say!

Great choice for christmas. Fairly clean and gorgeous place, enjoyable breakfast with variety of options. Huge and exceptionally clean room with a lovely big bed as well as a great view of the surrounding greenery, supper friendly staff always at your service. Amazing and incredible location in Ubud, very close to a forest covered by canopy, immaculately kept tropical gardens and the centre of Ubud which is about 10-15 minutes away. Also, next to the river. Wonderful food in the a la carte restaurant😀

The hotel's setting is beautiful, with yoga classes that enhanced our family's balance and flexibility. The breakfast buffet was superb, and staff were wonderfully accommodating.
My kids wished the kids club stayed open later for more playtime.

Pure luxury. Very nice pools! Personnel is top! . Great breakfast. . . The view into the forest from the lower pool is unique. You feel like a part of the forest and you can even see monkeys climbing up the trees.
Food and drinks are relatively expensive for Bali. Due to the size of the hotel it is less personal, as in other accommodations on the island. But that's a matter of taste.

Perfect stay, beautiful facility! Very good food! Great yoga! We felt good all around and would come again!
We had booked a taxi to the airport on departure via an app! Unfortunately the taxi informed us that it can't pick us up because the hotel won't let us in and there are local transfers! So we had to book a hotel transfer for double the price to get to the airport! That should be changed!

Excellent expansive grounds with lush landscapes, diverse dining options, and good swimming pools. The bakery provided some of the best pastries I've ever tasted, and the service was consistently warm.
The king bed consisted of two single mattresses, a letdown in an otherwise beautiful setting.

Best breakfast buffet I've ever had in a hotel. The location is simply incredible, in the middle of the jungle, but still very close to Ubud.

This time, there were finally enough guests in the hotel that one could experience the normal procedure. Thus, the breakfast buffet offered everything one could wish for. The dinner is on a high level at reasonable prices. the Nasi Goreng was actually the best I had on this year's Bali trip. The rooms are clean as well as the whole complex. Also at the second time a very nice hotel that should be planned at least for a short time in Bali

Staying here was fantastic! The beautiful hotel surrounded by lush jungle made for a perfect getaway. I particularly enjoyed the private pool in our villa, which was clean and inviting, providing a relaxing oasis. The staff were warm and attentive, especially Mr Sutrisna, who always greeted us with a smile. I did find the gym equipment needed some maintenance during my stay.

We loved the friendly, helpful staff. The rooms were serviced impecibly and any requests for service were handled promptly. Everyone working there were delightful and couldn't do enough for us. We loved the small touches like fresh flowers.
Nothing! Maybe an extra chair in the room would have been good so two people could sit at the table or to watch TV.

Room was newly remodelled and good-sized and exceptionally clean.
Extremely comfy beds, a minibar, satellite television and climate control in the room. Large bathrooms with a bathtub.
